Figure, a GW 28mm scale figure, is not included and is to show scale only. Piece measures about 6.5 inches long, 5 inches wide, and 3 inches high at the top of the roof. The chimney stands a total of just shy of 4 inches tall. The door is cast on in an open position, but could be removed simply enough with a sharp hobby knife.
